Ergo Baby Rucksack Review
The Ergo Baby Backpack is a changing bag designed to snap easily around the straps of Ergo Baby Carriers. This day bag is roomy and will fit supplies needed for a day away from home. You can also use it to store your Ergo Baby Carrier when travelling or when your toddler is walking.
To use in conjunction with the baby carrier, simply put your baby on your back along with the backpack. Access into the pack is from the top with a solid bottom to help keep the shape. A bottle holder is attached, along with two front pockets and a side zipped pocket that offers easy access when being worn. The zip pocket can also be accessed from inside the backpack.
The shoulder straps allow the backpack to be worn independently of the ERGO Baby Carrier. There is also a top handle to allow easy carrying in your hand or for hanging up the backpack when not in use.
The backpack can be used with any version of the Ergo baby carriers.
Natural Nursery customer Claire says she uses this all the time; "This is now my permanent changing bag. A nice size with useful pockets. The front zipped pocket fits our baby's 'red book' perfectly so its safe from spillages etc. There's also a zipped pocket on the side the correct size for a map. It's comfortable to use as a rucksack. Straps hide away easily to attach to carrier, be careful not to fill bag too much when doing this or you will feel like a pack horse. I've found I can easily attach to my pram using the method to attach to the sling, I have a single bar rather than two handles. This is really useful for me when I walk to town!"
